Using Textured Paper in Art Journaling
This week we are adding textured paper to our journal pages. What are my options, you ask? The first thing I thought of was textured wallpaper but there are other kinds of texture papers. How about trying flocked paper or even braille paper? There are also many handmade papers available like bark paper or even paper with bits of flowers and leaves pressed into them.
I decided to use a doily and I cut pieces from it and added them to my page with glue. I also used Dyan Reaveley's new Dylusions Acrylic Paint, Rae Missigman Stencils and paper from my new Mixed Media Artist Papers Vol. 3 Book!
How will you incorporate textured paper into your journal this week?
